All employees share a common need for information and access. Other employees have additional interests, needs or questions. The M.E.D.S. Employee Web Portal is designed to address these commonalities, while also offering the answers you need to more specific questions.

Our goal is for you, the M.E.D.S. employee, to be able to find answers by presenting you with the relevant information you may need on a specific subject, descriptions, forms, policies, links, contacts, and other helpful information.

New Helpdesk

As of April 12, 2008, we have created a new and improved ticket system for helpdesk solutions. Located in each of the databases, you will see a button in the top right corner. Once clicked on, you will notice a screen pops up. Enter your username and password and you will be directed to the new ticket system.

Please fill out the form as best as possible. The more information you give us, the easier it will be to solve that issue. Please also include your contact information so that if we need to contact you, we may do so.
